Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 6, 2025

Welcome to EtherHub (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EtherHub website, decentralized application (“DApp”), APIs, smart contracts, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you.

2. Non-Custodial Nature of the Platform

EtherHub is a non-custodial interface to decentralized finance protocols. We do not hold or control your digital assets. All transactions initiated through the Platform are executed directly on-chain via smart contracts or third-party protocols.

We do not have access to your private keys, wallets, or funds. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your wallets and associated credentials.

3. No Financial Advice or Fiduciary Duty

The Platform is provided for informational and technical interface purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or other advice.

You understand and agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk, and you should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

4. Third-Party Protocols and Risk Assumption

The Platform enables you to interact with third-party decentralized protocols (e.g., liquidity pools, lending platforms, yield aggregators). These protocols are not under the control of EtherHub.

We do not warrant or guarantee the security, functionality, or availability of any third-party protocols, nor do we endorse any particular integration.

By using the Platform, you assume all risks associated with interacting with smart contracts, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of assets due to bugs or exploits
  • Impermanent loss
  • Regulatory changes
  • Oracle manipulation
  • Front-running or sandwich attacks

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform:

  • In violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • To engage in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
  • To violate or infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights
  • If you are located in or are a resident of any country subject to U.S. embargo or sanctions

We reserve the right to restrict or disable access to the Platform in our sole discretion where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect our ecosystem.

6. No Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ETHERHUB, ITS DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Platform, including brand assets, code, and design elements, are the intellectual property of EtherHub or its contributors and protected under applicable laws.

Use of our trademarks or branding must be approved in writing.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and, if significant changes are made, we may provide notice via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
