EtherHub Terms of Service
Last updated: November 11, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EtherHub website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "EtherHub" or the "Service"), provided by Meepo Digital LTDA ("Meepo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using EtherHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use EtherHub.
Quick summary (not a substitute for the full Terms):
- • EtherHub is a non-custodial interface. You control your wallet and keys.
- • We don't provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto is high risk.
- • You're responsible for gas/network fees and complying with local laws.
- • Access may be restricted in sanctioned/blocked regions; no VPN circumvention.
- • The Service is provided "as is."
1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use EtherHub.
EtherHub is non-custodial. We do not create, store, or recover your private keys or seed phrases. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, device, and credentials.
Connecting a compatible wallet authorizes EtherHub to read public on-chain data and prepare transactions that you review, approve, and broadcast.
2) Non-Custodial Interface; Third-Party Protocols
EtherHub is an interface that helps you discover and interact with third-party smart contracts, protocols, bridges, or services.
We do not custody assets, execute transactions on your behalf, or guarantee protocol performance, security, yields, or outcomes. Interactions occur directly between your wallet and blockchains/protocols.
On-Chain Transactions. Transactions you authorize are irreversible once submitted to a blockchain. We do not and cannot execute, cancel, or reverse transactions, guarantee inclusion in a block, or control MEV/front-running, network congestion, forks, or reorganizations.
No Fiduciary or Best-Execution Duty. Any prices, routes, quotes, APYs, gas estimates, or simulations shown in EtherHub are informational only and may differ from final execution outcomes.
Third-Party Terms. When you interact with a protocol, bridge, or oracle, you may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy notices. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.
3) No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
All content in EtherHub (including tutorials, "learn while you earn," estimates, analytics, or explanations) is educational and informational only. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should seek professional advice when needed.
4) Region Availability; Sanctions & Geofencing
Region Availability. EtherHub may be offered only in certain countries or regions, and some features may be limited by location. Availability may change without notice.
Sanctions & Blocks. You may not use EtherHub if you are subject to economic sanctions, on any restricted-parties list, or located in a sanctioned/blocked region under applicable laws.
Geofencing & Anti-Circumvention. We may restrict or disable access (or specific features) based on your IP address, device settings, account attributes, applicable law, or our compliance requirements. You agree not to use VPNs, proxies, or other means to circumvent our geoblocking.
Any availability overview we provide in-app or on our website is informational only and does not modify these Terms.
5) Fees, Gas, and Taxes
EtherHub currently does not charge an interface/platform fee. You are responsible for network/gas fees, protocol fees, slippage, and other on-chain costs. Quoted fees are estimates and may change at confirmation.
We may introduce a platform/interface fee in the future. If we do, we will disclose it clearly before it applies to any transaction and update these Terms and/or provide in-product notice.
You are responsible for any taxes arising from your activities.
6) Risk Disclosure
Crypto assets and smart contracts involve significant risks, including (without limitation) market volatility and loss of principal; liquidations and impermanent loss; failed transactions; front-running/MEV; rug pulls; admin-key or governance attacks; oracle or bridge failures; software bugs/exploits; chain reorganizations/forks; and regulatory changes. You acknowledge these risks and agree that Meepo is not liable for resulting losses.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) violate laws or sanctions; (b) interfere with the Service or bypass security; (c) introduce malware or scrape at abusive rates; (d) engage in fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation (including spoofing or wash trading); (e) infringe IP or privacy rights; (f) impersonate others; or (g) attempt unauthorized access to non-public areas. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8) Intellectual Property; License
EtherHub (including trademarks, branding, software, text, and graphics) is owned by Meepo Digital LTDA or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use EtherHub for lawful purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
9) User Content; Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant Meepo a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation.
10) Security; Responsible Disclosure
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the Service, but no system is perfectly secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to hello@etherhub.co and avoid public disclosure until we confirm a fix or provide written permission.
11) Communications
You may elect to receive emails or in-app communications. We may provide notices electronically, but we are not obligated to notify you about market events or asset-specific updates. We are not liable for failures or delays in communications.
12) Points, Rewards, and Airdrops (If Offered)
We may offer promotions or rewards programs (e.g., points or airdrop) from time to time. We may change or discontinue any program at any time. Additional terms may apply. You are responsible for any fees and taxes related to your participation and for maintaining any records required by law.
13) Open-Source Components
The Service may include components licensed under open-source licenses. Those licenses govern the components themselves. Notices and licenses are available upon request.
14) Export Controls
You may not use, export, or re-export the Service in violation of applicable export or sanctions laws, including those of Brazil, the EU, the UK, and the US.
15) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet/backbone failures, power outages, cyberattacks, exploits, blockchain network issues, or third-party service degradation (e.g., RPCs, oracles).
16) Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETHERHUB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation; accuracy or completeness of information; or security/availability of third-party protocols, networks, or services.
17) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEEPO DIGITAL LTDA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ETHERHUB, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amounts (if any) paid by you to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event.
18) Indemnification; User–User Disputes
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meepo Digital LTDA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of EtherHub, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your interactions with third-party protocols.
Where permitted by law, you release Meepo from claims arising out of disputes between you and other users or third parties related to your use of EtherHub.
19) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected violations, unlawful conduct, or to comply with law or regulator requests. Sections intended to survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, dispute resolution) will survive.
20) App Store (Apple) Terms – iOS Specific
If you use the iOS app:
Acknowledgment: These Terms are between you and Meepo, not Apple.
License: Subject to these Terms, Meepo grants you a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple's terms.
Support: Apple has no support obligations; Meepo provides support (see Section 23).
Warranty/Product Claims: To the extent any warranty exists and is not disclaimed, Meepo not Apple is responsible. Meepo is responsible for addressing product claims.
IP Claims: If a third party claims the App infringes IP, Meepo not Apple is responsible for investigation and defense.
Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it.
(No in-app purchases or subscriptions at this time. If introduced later, we will update these Terms and comply with App Store rules.)
21) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them or to EtherHub are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil (e.g., Pelotas/Porto Alegre). If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that mandates different non-waivable protections or fora, those rights remain unaffected.
22) International Use
We make no representation that EtherHub is appropriate everywhere. You are responsible for ensuring your use is legal where you are and for complying with local rules (including consumer, financial, AML/CFT, and tax laws).
23) Electronic Communications; Notices
You consent to receive notices and records electronically through the Service or via email. Notices are deemed given when posted or sent. We may contact you at the email associated with your account or wallet connection (if provided).
24) Severability; Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Meepo regarding EtherHub and supersede prior agreements on this subject.
