EtherHub Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 11, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Meepo Digital LTDA ("EtherHub", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website (etherhub.co) and our mobile app (together, the "Services").

We build EtherHub as a non-custodial DeFi interface. You stay in control of your wallets and keys. Transactions you choose to perform on public blockchains are public by design and not created or controlled by us.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

1) What we collect

We only collect what we need to operate, secure, and improve EtherHub.

  • Not used for: third-party advertising or cross-app tracking

Device ID (e.g., IDFV/SDK instance IDs, push token)

  • Used for: diagnostics, app functionality (reliability, fraud prevention), and aggregate analytics
  • Not used for: third-party advertising or cross-app tracking

B. Usage & Diagnostics

  • Used for: analytics and app functionality (e.g., guide new users, improve flows)

Performance Data (e.g., launch time, latency, memory/CPU)

  • Used for: diagnostics and analytics (stability, speed, release quality)

Crash Data (stack traces, device/OS, app version at crash time)

  • Used for: diagnostics (bug fixes, reliability)

C. Information we do not collect

No government IDs; no facial images/biometrics; no IDFA; no precise geolocation.

No bank account or card numbers we do not custody funds.

No contact info (name, email, phone), unless you voluntarily provide it to support (then we use it only to resolve your request).

D. Public blockchain data

When you sign or broadcast a transaction, related data (e.g., wallet address, on-chain actions) is public and viewable by anyone. This data is governed by the blockchain networks' own protocols not by this Policy.

2) How we use information

Provide the Services: authenticate sessions, enable features, maintain reliability, send transactional notifications (e.g., activity status).

Protect the Services: detect/prevent fraud and abuse, secure accounts, enforce terms.

Improve and analyze: understand feature usage, debug performance/crashes, plan new features.

Support: respond to requests, provide troubleshooting.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app ad tracking.

3) Legal bases (GDPR/LGPD)

Where applicable, we process data on these bases:

  • Contractual necessity (to provide the Services you request)
  • Legitimate interests (security, reliability, product improvement, support)
  • Consent (where required by law for example, certain cookies on the website)

4) Sharing

We share only as needed to operate the Services:

Service providers / processors (e.g., analytics, crash/performance monitoring, cloud hosting, push notifications). They may receive identifiers and usage/diagnostic data solely to provide their services to us and must not use it for advertising.

Compliance, safety, and legal: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, security, and safety.

Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, this Policy continues to apply, or we'll notify you of changes.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with ad brokers or for third-party targeted advertising.

5) International transfers

We may process data in countries outside your own. When transferring personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, LGPD/GDPR-compatible measures).

6) Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Typical retention factors include account status, legal obligations, security needs, and product improvement windows.

7) Your choices

Analytics & diagnostics: You can request that we minimize analytics linked to your User ID. Note: fully disabling diagnostics may affect reliability.

Push notifications: Control in your device OS settings.

Cookies (website): Manage preferences via your browser and any cookie banner we provide.

Support data: If you contacted support and shared contact info, you can request deletion after the ticket is resolved (subject to legal holds).

8) Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EU/EEA/UK GDPR, Brazil LGPD, California CPRA, Argentina PDPL), you may have rights to:

  • Access, correction, deletion, portability
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise rights, see Contact Us below. We may need to verify your request.

9) Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices). No system is 100% secure; please keep your devices and recovery phrases safe. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.

10) Children

EtherHub is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required by local law (e.g., 13 or 16). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

11) Third-party links and protocols

Our Services may link to third-party sites or interact with third-party smart contracts and blockchain protocols. Their processing is governed by their own policies and code; we are not responsible for their privacy practices or security.

12) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. If changes are material, we'll provide a prominent notice (e.g., in-app notice or on our website). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
